Hotels, travel companies, restaurants, and other establishments contract with our company in order to provide these incentives. They offer these incentives to get people to use their services and see what they have to offer. This builds brand loyalty.
For example, hotels rarely experience full occupancy except during conventions, major holidays and weekends, so they contract with certain travel promotion companies, like us, to give the rooms away free with the 3 day, 2 night vacation certificate to get people to come and see what they have to offer. When hotels have empty rooms, they do not make any money, and it's a waste of a good room. Although they have lost the price of the room regardless, they can still let you stay for free in the hopes that you'll stay longer, eat in their restaurants, spend money at their in-house shops and casinos, and take advantage of their amenities (spa, room service, etc.). And when you leave, after having had a great time, they hope that you'll come back to stay with them in the future and maybe even tell a few friends. This builds brand loyalty.

- Does my customer have to attend a sales pitch to use these certificates?
No, there is no sales pitch to sit through. Our contracted travel agencies will offer your customer a chance to make several purchases including a longer stay at the hotel, rental car, and even the airfare, but your customer doesn't have to purchase anything else from the travel agency, ever. They can just use the vacation certificate for the original offer with no other obligations. There are never any high pressure sales tactics involved.

- Do the certificates expire?
Yes, the vacation certificates do have an expiration date. Every time you log into your personal account to print a vacation certificate, it will automatically generate a unique ID#. Your customer must then redeem the certificate within 60 days. The expiration date only pertains to redemption of the vacation certificate and not the actual travel dates. Once your customers redeem the vacation certificate they will have at least 12 months to travel.

- What size are the actual vacation certificates
once printed?
The vacation certificates are printed the size of a standard sheet of printer paper ( 8.5 X 11 inches). They were designed by professionals. You can see samples by clicking the Certificates Link at the top of this page.

- How many vacation certificates can I give each customer?
Your customers can redeem each vacation certificate once within a one year period. Ultimately, you could give them all 29 offers within a one year period.

- How are the certificates
redeemed?
The certificates are redeemed online at a unique website set-up to accept the voucher code imprinted on the vouchers. Customers may also mail, or fax the vouchers in...complete instructions clearly provided on each certificate.

No, our membership is month to month and you can cancel your membership whenever you want by using the cancelation request link in your membership area.

- Can I resell these vacation certificates?
